When we see Democratic administrations negotiate with foreign thugs, for example, Iran, Russia, and China, most of us see the the Democrats as terrible negotiators.
During the recent spending bill,we saw Republicans give Obama most of what he wanted and, except for a few goodies for Wall Street, get very little in return. We've seen similar results when Boehner and/or McConnell have negotiated with Obama, Reid, Pelosi, et. al.
Knowing how terrible the Democrats are as negotiators, what does that say about the negotiation skills of the Republican leadership?
