A Note to my Representative in the U.S. Congress

Thank you for voting Nay on the Intelligence Authorization Act for FY 2015 (H.R. 4681), what amounts to the Continue-Spying-on-Americans-Without-a-Warrant-Edict.

But SHAME on you for voting Yea on the Obama-Boehner "Cromnibus" spending bill (H.R. 83) to fund the government with fiat dollars all the way through Sept 2015!!!

Please be informed that I'm registered in [my County of residence] as a "Republican," but I'm NOT of the Elite Establishment Republican variety. I'm a Jeffersonian-Madisonian Constitutionalist with borderline Libertarian leanings on some--but not all--issues. I also blackened that little oval next to your name on the ballot in 2010, 2012, and 2014--because there wasn't a better choice; and I agree more frequently than I disagree with your votes and/or positions on the issues.

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin (whom the GOP Elites muzzled during the 2008 Presidential campaign and threw under the bus after the election) said it very well in her interview with Breitbart journalist Stephen Bannon on Dec 12: "It [Obama-Boehner "Cromnibus"-- H.R. 83] stinks to high heaven. Did arrogant politicians not get the memo that Obama’s agenda was decisively defeated in last month’s historic midterm landslide? . . . Americans who pay attention said absolutely no to Obama’s amnesty for illegal aliens. ¶ We also said no to the mother-of-all unfunded mandates, Obamacare, and voters believed promises that they would ratchet down the $18 trillion debt. Well, our bad for apathetically trusting politicians. No, on second thought, it’s not “our bad.” Some of us warned and worked hard to elect candidates who would buck the status quo. . . . ¶ It’s baffling really. The Republican Leadership in the House just flipped American voters the bird by sidelining the new Congress we just elected. Now, before Gov Palin courageously and candidly called you and 161 other Republicans "yahoos," I had already viewed http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2014/roll563.xml with disgust and disappointment. You 162 plus a handful of Dems [dims] gave Obama exactly what he wanted: full funding for his unconstitutional amnesty for illegal immigrants decree and his signature oxymoronic "Affordable" Care Act (passed on the Eve of a recent Christmas Past by lameducks who didn't bother to read the tome). Did you and the other 161 "yahoos" actually read all of H.R. 83? It reportedly fills more pages than many editions of the Holy Bible.

I have additional concerns, but I'll rein them in for a later time.
